About Me🌿
I am Ramona Gheorghe (She/Her), RN, MN — a Certified Holistic Nurse Coach and Consultant, WCSI Certified Caritas Leader, and Caring‑Science advocate based in Ontario, Canada. With over 25 years of nursing experience across bedside care, education, leadership, and research — gained both internationally and within Canada — my journey has taught me that caring for others begins with learning to care for ourselves.
Emerging Caring Hearts was born from my own inner journey — a slow, steady awakening to the truth that caring must begin within. I’ve seen compassionate nurses, leaders, and caregivers dim under pressure, and I’ve also witnessed the profound transformation that happens when we choose our own wellbeing. That “emergence” is the heartbeat of my work.
Today, I create safe, nurturing spaces where nurses, leaders, students, and individuals can reconnect with their purpose, presence, inner strength, and inner wisdom. Through holistic coaching, mindfulness, breathwork, and reflective practice, I help you refill your cup, rediscover your joy, and lead from a place of overflow.
I also practice what I teach. Caring for myself looks like painting, music, dance, meditation, breath work, time in nature, — especially near the ocean — and quiet moments with my loved ones and my two cats. These simple rituals keep me grounded, creative, and connected to my own heart.
Because when you are well — your family, your team, and your community thrive. The ripple effect is real. And your caring heart deserves to shine.

🌿 Why This Work Matters
This work matters because so many caregivers, leaders, and compassionate humans are quietly running on empty. We give endlessly, yet rarely pause to nourish our own hearts. When we create spaces for reflection, healing, and reconnection, something powerful happens — people remember who they are beneath the pressure. They rediscover their strength, their wisdom, and their capacity to thrive.
Sharing this work is essential because caring begins within. And when one person chooses wellbeing, the ripple touches families, teams, and entire communities. This is how cultures shift. This is how humanity is restored. This is how we emerge.
🌿 A Message for Nurses
You chose nursing because you care. You deserve to be included in that care. Burnout isn’t a flaw — it’s a sign you’ve been carrying too much for too long. Holistic coaching helps you reconnect with your whole self — your strength, your wisdom, your spirit — and gently guides you back to balance.
F.A.Q.
1. What is holistic nurse coaching?
Holistic nursing, as recognized by the Canadian Holistic Nurses Association, is a way of caring that honours the whole person — body, mind, emotion, spirit, relationships, and environment. It supports healing through presence, connection, and compassion, not just symptom management.
Holistic nurse coaching builds on these principles. It’s a reflective, supportive process that sees you as an integrated human being — your patterns, beliefs, lived experience, and inner world. Rather than trying to “fix” you, it gently guides you back to your own strength, wisdom, and clarity so you can reconnect with balance and wellbeing on every level.
2. How do I know if this work is right for me?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or longing for more harmony and meaning in your life, this work can support you. Many clients come because they’ve been caring for everyone else and are finally ready to include themselves in that care.
3. What can I expect in a session?
Sessions are calm, grounding, and collaborative. We explore what’s happening in your life, what you’re carrying, and what you need. You’ll be met with compassion, reflective questions, and practices that help you reconnect with your inner steadiness.
4. Do I need to be a nurse to work with you?
Not at all. While many clients are nurses or caregivers, this work is for anyone seeking clarity, balance, and a more holistic way of living. The principles of caring, presence, and self‑connection support every human being.
5. What makes this approach different?
This work blends Caring Science, holistic coaching, mindful presence, and lived nursing experience. It’s gentle, evidence‑informed, and deeply human. You’re not given quick tips — you’re supported in rediscovering your own capacity to heal, align, and thrive.
